Why Does the Amount Change When You Compare Them?
The purchase price is calculated by working backward from “how much the company can sell for.” Since each company has different strengths—such as the brands it specializes in, its inventory, and sales channels (retail stores, auctions, overseas)—Even for the same watch, the listed prices vary.. The reason we compare prices is that it’s impossible to tell whether a price is high or low based on just one company’s quote.

Things to Keep in Mind Before Getting an Appraisal
- ◆ Gather the accessories. The presence of the box, warranty card, gears, and instruction manual are factors that tend to affect the price. Even if you can't find them, you can still have your item appraised as long as you let us know.
- ◆ Don't scrub too hard. Polishing the surface yourself may cause the condition rating to drop. Please limit cleaning to wiping it down with a dry, soft cloth.
- ◆ You can still get an appraisal even if it won't run. We’ll buy your car even if it’s not running or has damage. In some cases, you might actually get more money by selling it as-is rather than repairing it first.
- ◆ The market fluctuates. Market prices for luxury watches are influenced by exchange rates and precious metal prices. With our service, you can check the current market level and trend on your My Page after submitting your request. This is not intended to be a definitive recommendation that you “should sell now”; please use this information as a reference for your decision.

- Is the bulk appraisal for watches free?
- It's free. From requesting an appraisal to receiving quotes from multiple companies and communicating via your My Page, there are absolutely no costs to you. The service is funded by fees paid by the listed companies.
- How many companies will contact you?
- We will send your request only to companies that can accommodate your specific needs. Since we filter results based on three criteria—category (purchase/overhaul), watch brand, and your prefecture of residence—you won’t receive a flood of messages from unrelated companies. If no companies meet your criteria, we will notify you via email.
- Is entering a phone number required?
- This is required. This is because there may be situations where we need to call you to check the condition of your watch and its accessories, or to discuss the price. While we can handle the communication itself via messages on your My Page, please let us know if you prefer not to be contacted by phone.
- If I'm not satisfied with the appraisal amount, can I decline the offer?
- You are free to decline. The appraisal is simply meant to help you determine “how much your item would sell for right now,” and you are under no obligation to sell. You can make your decision after reviewing the appraisal amount.
- Can you provide an appraisal based solely on photos?
- If you upload at least one photo of your watch when you submit your application, our AI will identify the brand and model and provide an estimated appraisal value. This is for reference only; the final amount will be determined by each company after they have inspected the watch’s condition and accessories.
- Do you have to come to the store to make a sale?
- Visiting our office is not required. Most of our services can be completed online (by mail or through home visits). If you’d like to consult with us in person, you can also schedule an appointment to visit our office.
