Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all matters between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Scope of the Service)

1. This service specializes in luxury watches, Appraisal and Overhaul Estimate This is a brokerage service that allows users to send their requests in bulk to multiple companies selected by our company (hereinafter referred to as “listed companies”), enabling them to receive quotes and other information from each company.
2. Use of this service is free of charge. Users are not required to pay any usage fees to the Company.
3. The details, amounts, and terms of quotes provided by listed companies are determined solely by each listed company, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

Article 3 (Application)

1. Users shall submit their application by accurately entering the watch information and customer information into the form provided by this Service and submitting it.
2. By submitting an application, the user agrees that the information entered will be provided to the listed companies.
3. We reserve the right to decline an application if there are false or incorrect details in the application, or if there are no listed companies that meet the criteria, or for any other reasonable cause.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Service.

• ◆Submitting an application using false information or another person’s information
• ◆Applications for the sale of stolen goods or other items obtained through unlawful means
• ◆Acts that infringe upon the rights, reputation, or good name of our company, listed companies, or other third parties
• ◆Acts that interfere with the operation of this service, unauthorized access, or acts that impose an excessive load
• ◆Provision of Benefits to Antisocial Forces
• ◆Any other acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals

Article 5 (Transactions with Listed Companies)

1. This service acts as an intermediary for obtaining quotes between users and listed companies; actual sales or repair contracts (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Contracts”) are formed based on direct agreements between users and the respective listed companies.
2. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes arising from individual contracts (including quoted prices, delivery dates, quality, payment, ownership, etc.).
3. We encourage users to compare the quotes provided by each listed company and select a business partner based on their own judgment.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the content of this Service.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of any interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or modification of this Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
3. Our liability to users in connection with this Service shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages incurred by the user, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part; we shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or similar losses.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights in the text, images, designs, logos, software, and other content comprising this Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without permission.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of personal information in connection with this service is governed by separate provisions. Privacy Policy shall be governed by .

Article 9 (Amendments to These Terms and Conditions)

We may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect upon their posting on the Service, and if a user uses the Service after such amendments, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Service, the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
