These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) apply to the service operated by the Watch Buyback Comparison Navi Management Office (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) Watch Buyback Comparison Guide These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms of use between our company and the purchasing companies and overhaul workshops (hereinafter referred to as “Listed Companies”) listed on this service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). Companies using this Service as Listed Companies are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions before applying.
Article 1 (Application for Publication)
- Companies wishing to be listed must complete the application by entering the required information on the registration form provided by this service.
- After you submit your application, we will conduct a review. Based on the results of this review, we will determine whether to approve the listing and notify the company in question. We are under no obligation to disclose our review criteria or the reasons for our decision.
- Once your listing has been approved following the review process, the admin panel for your company will become available.
Article 2 (Eligibility for Publication)
Listed companies must meet all of the following conditions.
- ◆Must have obtained the necessary licenses and permits under the Secondhand Goods Business Act and other relevant laws and regulations
- ◆Must have absolutely no ties to antisocial forces
- ◆Possess a proven track record and expertise in the purchase or overhaul of luxury watches
- ◆Have a system in place to respond appropriately and promptly to inquiries received through this service
Article 3 (Handling of Posted Information)
- Listed companies can register and edit their listing information—including company details, service categories (purchase/overhaul), supported brands, service areas, features, and strengths—via our designated management interface.
- Listed companies are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
- Listed companies may add or modify multiple listing items (such as supported brands, service areas, and strengths) as needed, but they must not register any content that runs counter to the purpose of this service.
- If any posted information violates these Terms of Use or any other laws or regulations, we may remove such information without prior notice.
Article 4 (Provision and Use of Leads)
- Of the applications submitted by end users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who use this service, we will provide those that meet the listing companies’ registration criteria (such as applicable categories, brands, and areas) to the listing companies as leads (inquiry information).
- Personal information contained in the lead (such as name, contact information, and watch details) shall be used solely for the purposes of providing quotes and executing transactions, and shall not be used for any other purposes.
- Listed companies shall contact users as soon as possible after receiving a lead.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
- Listing fees, lead fees, and transaction commissions (hereinafter referred to as “Fees”) for this service are charged in accordance with a separately established fee schedule or an individual contract.
- Payment must be made in accordance with the billing date, payment due date, and payment method specified by our company.
- In the event of late payments, non-payment, or similar issues, we may take measures such as suspending the listed company’s access to the admin panel or making its listing private.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Listed companies must not engage in the following activities.
- ◆Using the personal information contained in the lead for purposes other than providing quotes or conducting transactions through this service
- ◆Disclosing or providing personal information contained in the lead to third parties
- ◆Including false information in published content
- ◆The act of intentionally providing unreasonably high or low estimates
- ◆Acts that interfere with the operation of this service
- ◆Provision of Benefits to Antisocial Forces
- ◆Any other acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
Article 7 (Suspension or Termination of Publication)
- If a listed company violates these Terms of Service, or if we determine it is necessary for the operation of this Service, we may suspend the listing of such company or terminate its contract without prior notice.
- Listed companies may request the removal of their listing at any time using the method specified by our company.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content, conclusion, or performance of transactions between users and listed companies conducted through this Service. Furthermore, the Company makes no guarantees regarding the number of leads provided or the number of deals closed.
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)
Regarding the handling of personal information collected from users, please refer to our Privacy Policy and shall be subject to individual agreements with the listed companies (regarding confidentiality and terms of data use).
Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms and Conditions; Governing Law)
- We may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended terms will take effect as soon as they are posted on the Service.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our company.
